Elders & Deacons

Consistory is the leadership board of the The Community. It is comprised of the Minister, Elders & Deacons. These three "offices" are co-equal in power, working together to discern directions for the church. Elders and deacons serve three year terms, and represent a mix of ages, genders, and life experiences.

• Elders care for the spiritual growth of The Community.  
• Deacons drive the church forward in mission, and help us to be good stewards of our resources.  
• The Strategic Advisory Board is a mix of elders and deacons. They are our visionary team, helping us to follow Christ boldly in our surrounding community.
